I have used their services for years, originally recommended by a friend and have recommended them to others. I am always treated with courtesy and respect. I have received help with various questions and problems. My aging laptop has had its life extended with a new operating system and they installed a good system to keep it secure.

Geeks and Fake Repair Guys. I am charmed and eternally grateful that I have found Erich and his brother and son who are sincere, dedicated and immensely competent. This family run business is first class in every way. They know me by name and have never failed me.

I’ve had repeated good service from Aptos Computer Services. Most recently my Goggle calendar was messed up, rather than going through a relatively expensive tune-up, Jesse suggested I could just use another calendar and save the tune-up. They seem to have the customer’s welfare at heart, which I really appreciate.

I will continue to be a customer as long as I am making mistakes.

I highly recommend Aptos Computer Services! I had physical damage and a virus on my Mac book and these guys fixed it up in a timely manner at a fair price. I especially want to note how kind and communicative James and his crew were! My service started with $125 down for the diagnostic that could then be applied to the repairs. Once diagnosed and quoted, I didn’t feel any pressure to proceed and really appreciated their patience with me as I weighed my options. I’m ultimately so glad my computer was serviced by them and will be using them again for any future needs. Thank you again, James!
