Very happy customer. These guys did a great job! Fast, thorough and reasonably priced. I had been living with some buggy issues on my MacBook Air for quite a while. When my mail server wouldn’t open, that was it. Now it runs like new! It hasn’t been this good for years! Thanks Jesse and James!

Top Notch!

Took a new laptop with a reboot loop issue to these guys. Jesse and James provided very fast turn around at a very reasonable cost. Based on a conversation over the phone I chose to have them repair the laptop rather that waiting for warranty service, and so glad that I did.

Eric and his staff at Aptos Computers are fantastic. They recovered all data from an inoperable computer of mine and built two more for me that are simply awesome! Thank you Erich! Thank you Aptos Computers!!

They were super helpful. They upgraded my laptops ram, tuned up the laptop, removed a virus, and they added some virus protection. I will be using them again.

I needed a reinstall of Windows on my HP desktop. Their price was reasonable, and they made an appointment for me. Erick ran into a complication and took steps to preserve my user data. Lynne in the office kept in touch with me, and the job was done in 2 days. Thanks you Aptos Computer.

I was recently the victim of one of those unwanted Windows 10 updates you get without warning that killed my computer’s functionality not being able to turn it off, lost all my application programs ect.

I had the good fortune to come into Aptos Computer Services and met Erich, and despite it being a holiday weekend, Erich really went the extra mile to get me back up and working again as an Internet Consultant.

I told him before he got started I don’t have a clue how anyone gives estimates in his line of work, because everyone knows it’s really hard to tell if a problem is going to take ten minutes or ten hours until you get into it and fully diagnose the scope of the problem. And he stuck with me to the end over a long holiday weekend cleaning up a few residual problems that still surfaced after I got home. BRAVO!

These guys do great work! I was walking by their office the other day and remembered that my parents Dell computer was operating very slow even though it was only about 3 years old. I thought why not stop by and talk to them and see what they can do for my parents computer? I am so glad that I did. I dropped off my parents computer a few days later. They fixed the computer within a day. I could not believe how fast the computer was after Aptos Computer Services did their work! My parents computer was so slow, it was unbearable to me. But Aptos Computer Services put in a new hard drive, and I swear this Dell Computer is so fast now, even faster than when my parents first got their computer! They basically have a new computer thanks to these guys! Anyways, Aptos Computer Services clearly are computer genius’s! If you need help with your computer, I highly recommend them!

I’m very happy I noticed this shop and stopped by. My computer boot drive crashed, and they replaced the drive and returned the computer with applications installed and working. They do great work, are easy to work with. and at a very reasonable cost.

I had used Aptos Computer Services a couple of years ago (2019) and was only reasonably satisfied. Still I thought I would try again because they were closeby. The service and competence was light-years ahead of my previous experience. They installed a new harddrive and really cleaned up all of the garbage that years of misinformation and poor judgement caused me to find another program to install to fix another problem caused by another program I installed… etc. I didn’t need to buy another computer. Great! Knowing that I will just take it in to their new crew of geeks every three years or so. (or when I finally get tired adding another program to fix another program).

I showed up at Aptos Computer Service at my wits end a few days ago. My computer was really messed up. I was so upset, I did not even call them but just showed up with my computer almost in tears because I use my laptop for just about everything. Lynn at the front dest was so helpful and friendly as I babbled on about my major frustrations over technology. They took my computer and called the next morning to pick it up! I was not expecting such a quick turn around as I just walked in without an appointment. James, the one who repaired my computer, explained things to me in a way that I could understand. I am so NON tech savvy, it’s almost embarrassing. Anyway….TWO THUMBS UP for Aptos Computer Service!!!

This is the place to get your tech woes fixed! Highly recommend them. Old fashioned personal service, friendly advice and prompt service. I had an old Apple monitor that I thought had died on me. They told me it was $40 service charge to look at it and if I had them do the repair they waived the service charge. I dropped it off and left it; they called me in less than an hour and said it is working fine and so we won’t charge you the service charge. Not many businesses work like that any more.
